5. Installations

You are responsible for providing site access, a suitable power supply and any permissions needed from building owners, societies or authorities.
Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, permissions and material availability.
Ownership of equipment, and any warranty on it, is as stated in your quotation or agreement.

6. Maintenance and AMC

Maintenance services are provided according to the scope in your AMC or service agreement, including the number of visits, response arrangements, and whether labour, parts or hardware are included. Items outside that scope are quoted separately.

7. Payments
